All can attest to the fact that we are now encountering hard times. The recession that started from the United States slowly crept into the Philippine economy. Included in these changes is the Philippine real estate market which, now, has become challenging.
To be a success in this changing market place, one has to be on the offensive, improve his skills and increase prospecting activities. In this article, I wish to focus on internet marketing as a tool in developing your client base and thus, generate sales. My initial success in internet marketing was simple. In less than a year in 2007, I generated Php20.0 million real estate sales from two Balikbayans who responded to a combination of an internet ad and my website.
